Developed in Innsbruck.
In use across the DACH region.
Software for construction is a matter of trust: your project data, your evidence, your processes. XBuild is developed in Austria, hosted in the EU and supported by real people — no anonymous platform, no overseas support.
Where is the data?
With many vendors: unclear. Hyperscalers, third countries, changing data centres — a real risk for evidentiary construction data.
Support in foreign time zones
Ticket systems, chatbots, call centres — when something jams on site, you need someone who speaks the industry and your language.
Standards & practice from elsewhere
Software built for other markets knows neither ÖNORM practice nor the customs between Vienna and Munich.
Four steps instead of paper chaos
From the region, for the region
Founded 2016 in Innsbruck by a building-construction engineer and a computer scientist — built for construction practice in the DACH region.
EU hosting, GDPR-compliant
ISO-certified servers in the EU, data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR, SSL/TLS throughout.
Personal support
Mon–Fri 9 am–5 pm you reach the team that builds XBuild — in German or English, with construction know-how. We guide your process transition, not just the software.
Award-winning & established
Grand Stevie Award, BIM Lions Award, Constantinus Award — and 4.9/5 on Google from customers in Austria and Germany.
Answered in brief
Where is the data hosted?
On ISO-certified servers within the European Union. Dedicated instances are available for Enterprise customers. Details on our security page.
Is there support in German?
Yes — personal, Mon–Fri 9 am–5 pm, from Austria. You talk to the team that builds the software, not to an external call centre.
Is XBuild also suitable for German companies?
Yes — XBuild is in use across the entire DACH region, with offices in Innsbruck and Munich and a German phone number.
What does XBuild do differently from international vendors?
Two things: true customizing (your own ticket types, forms, statuses, roles with drag & drop already in PRO) and personal guidance through the process transition. We don't want to promise the fastest rollout, but the most lasting change.
